Property Home Base offers a range of services with transparent pricing: First Home Buyer Service: $4,400 - $6,600 depending on the purchase price of the home Home Buyer Service: $6,600 for those who want more involvement in the buying process but need help with negotiations and navigating the sales process. Consult, Bid, and Negotiate Service: $2,200 for assistance with property searches, investigations, and negotiations or auction bidding. This is a one-off, non-refundable fee, but if the purchase is unsuccessful, it can be applied towards future services. Concierge Service: $9,900 for a full-service buying process, ideal for those who prefer to have every step handled, including interstate or overseas buyers. An initial $2,200 engagement fee is required, with the balance due five business days after the purchase is unconditional.
