About our fees

Flat FeePercentage Fee

Property Home Base determines buyer's agent fees after a consultation to fully understand the client’s property requirements. A retainer fee is payable upfront upon signing a contract, covering property search hours and subtracted from the final success fee, which is due after an unconditional contract exchange. Full Service Property Buying Package – Customised quote available. Negotiate and Purchase Package – Customised quote available. Auction Bidding Service – $770 GST inclusive attendance plus a $770 GST inclusive success fee if the property is successfully purchased. The minimum fee for their services is $18,700 GST inclusive. The auction bidding service is included in the full-service package and the negotiation-only package with no additional charge.
