I'm based in NSW and we engage the team at Concierge Buyers Advocates to purchase an investment property in Melbourne. Awesome honest buying service from them!! From strategy, recommendations, negotiations, inspections, to settlement and leasing. They made the entire purchase process so smooth. Their fees just went up a bit due to inflation though. But overall still a great investment in their services. Would definitely recommend them.
